News : IEBC hopeful on meeting 12M target

With just 24 hours remaining to the deadline of voter registration, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is still urging people to get out there and register as voters. While the electoral body conceded that they will not meet their 18 million target, they are hoping that the wave of last minute voters will boost the figures to 12 million..
